Return Window

Eligible products may be requested for return within 14 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

  • Products must be new, unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.
  • For skincare and personal-care products, the seal or hygiene protection must remain intact where applicable.
  • Products that have been opened, used, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original packaging may not be eligible for return.
  • The product must be returned in a condition suitable for resale, except where the product is incorrect or arrived damaged.

Wrong or Damaged Product

If you receive the wrong product or your order arrives damaged, please contact LUMORA as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

We will review the issue and advise you on the next steps.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible products subject to product availability and the applicable return conditions.

Please contact LUMORA before sending any product back so we can provide the correct return instructions.

Return Shipping

For returns where the correct product was delivered and the item is eligible for return, return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility.

If the product is incorrect or arrived damaged, please contact us before sending it back so we can provide return instructions.

Restocking Fee

LUMORA does not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 7 days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team will communicate the applicable refund process with you after your return has been approved.
