Return & Refund Policy
Returns
- You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in original condition and in original packaging.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, opened personal-care items (such as hair oils, derma rollers and trimmers) cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Because orders are paid by Cash on Delivery, approved refunds are sent by bank transfer after we receive and inspect the returned item.
