Orders

By placing an order you confirm that the details you provide are correct. We may cancel or refuse an order if information is incomplete, if we cannot reach you to confirm it, or if an item is unavailable.

Prices

Prices for UAE customers are displayed in AED on product pages and at checkout. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Cash on Delivery is available only if listed for your delivery address. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

We try to describe and photograph our products accurately. Results from personal-care products can vary from person to person. Please read usage instructions and do a patch test before using any new product on skin or hair. If you have a medical condition, check with a doctor first.
