All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, LUMORA may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch.

Prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Available payment methods are shown at checkout. COD orders are payable to the courier upon delivery according to the amount shown in your order confirmation.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete name, phone number and delivery address. Incorrect or incomplete information may delay or prevent delivery.

5. Shipping

LUMORA currently delivers within Pakistan. Delivery availability, estimated timing and shipping charges may vary by location and courier coverage and will be shown during checkout where applicable.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our published Returns & Refunds policy. Beauty and personal-care products may have hygiene-related eligibility requirements.
